Text Messaging Program
Wodies Incsends service-related text messages, including responses to inquiries, appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You can also contact us at (215) 309-1746 or [email protected].
By opting in, you agree to receive these service-related text messages (SMS and MMS) from Wodie's Inc. at the mobile number you provided or any other number you designate. Messages may be sent using automated technology through our messaging provider, Jobber. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Message frequency depends on your service activity, such as inquiries, bookings, and appointments. Wodie's Inc. may change the phone number messages are sent from, and we will notify you if we do. Not all mobile devices or carriers may be supported, and messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Wodie's Inc., its service providers, and wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We can deliver messages through major national and regional carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile.
How You Opt In
You can opt in by checking the text message consent box on a form on our website, or by asking us to text you when you contact us by phone, email, or in person. The consent box is never pre-checked, and you can submit a form without opting in.
Cancellation
Text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT at any time to stop receiving messages. After you send one of these keywords, you will receive one final message confirming your request. You will not receive further texts unless you opt in again.
Our messaging platform may not recognize opt-out requests that don't use one of these keywords. If you have trouble opting out, contact us directly and we will remove your number.
